Local Git, normalized

The Git Feature starts from a headless core in two languages:
- Node:
@particle-academy/fancy-git. - PHP:
particle-academy/fancy-git(PHP 8.4+), which runs the installedgitbinary through Symfony Process.
The repos are named fancy-git-js and fancy-git-php; the packages are not, so install by the package name.
Both open a repository the same way, with new GitRepository(process.cwd()) in Node and new GitRepository(getcwd()) in PHP, and both return the same normalized shapes: WorkingTreeStatus (branch, upstream, ahead, behind, files, clean), Commit, Diff, Branch, Page<T> and the rest. It is all plain data, so it can go straight into a React prop or across an MCP bridge.
The core carries no GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket SDK. Hosted providers are separate packages, which is the next lesson. There is no Python mirror of the Git Feature.
